For boys starting at a young age, the study programme includes various kinds of bare-fisted boxing; Shaolin Da Hong Xiao Hong boxing; and a traditional basic training. Taos contained in the Study programme are Plum Blossom, the Dragon; the Tiger, the Snake and the Monkey; ground fist once; and various other Chinese boxing techniques, such as the Praying Mantis, and the box of the Drunken Man. Various types of weapons are taught, such as the sword, the lance, the stave, the whip, out of the 18 weapons of Shaolin. A specialisation in one is possible. Also studied is Qi Gong.
